When the pressure water entering the control room above the diaphragm (piston) is discharged into the atmosphere or the lower pressure area downstream, the pressure value acting on the bottom of the disc and below the diaphragm is greater than the pressure value above, so the main valve disc is pushed to the fully open position; When the pressure water entering the control room above the diaphragm (piston) cannot be discharged into the atmosphere or the lower pressure area, the pressure value acting on the diaphragm (piston) above is greater than the pressure value below, so the main valve disc will be pressed to the completely closed position; When the pressure value in the control room above the diaphragm (piston) is between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure, the main valve disc is in the regulating state, and its regulating position depends on the joint control function of the needle valve and adjustable guide valve in the catheter system. Adjustable guide valve can be through the downstream outlet pressure and with its changes and open or close its own small valve mouth, thereby changing the pressure value of the control room above the diaphragm (piston), control side valve disc adjustment position.　

Repair and maintenance of hydraulic control valve

Hydraulic control valve is a kind of valve body that USES water to lubricate itself without oil lubrication. In case of damage to parts in the main valve, please disassemble according to the following instructions. (note: the damaged products consumed in the internal valve are generally diaphragm and type ring, with little damage to other internal parts)

1. Close the front and rear gate valves of the main valve first.

2. Loosen the adapter screw on the main valve cover to release the pressure inside the valve.

3. Remove all screws, including the nuts of the necessary copper pipe in the control line.

4. Remove cover and spring.

5. Remove the spindle, diaphragm and piston, and do not damage the diaphragm.

6. After taking out the above items, check whether the diaphragm and type ring are damaged; If there is no damage, please do not compete for its internal parts.

7. If the diaphragm or type ring is found damaged, please loosen the nut on the shaft core, disassemble the diaphragm or type ring by zhejiang, and replace the diaphragm or type ring with a new one after taking it out.

8. Inspect the valve seat, shaft core, etc. inside the main valve in detail, and clean them out if there are other sundries inside the main valve.

9. According to the reverse is to replace the parts after the assembly of the main valve, pay attention to the valve can not have the phenomenon of stuck resistance.

Working pressure difference refers to the hydraulic control valve before the working pressure minus hydraulic control valve outlet back pressure difference.
